Proof

We would rather show you the instrument
than borrow someone else’s case study.

Wakefully is early. Rather than dress up third-party statistics as our own results, this page sets out exactly what exists today, what a pilot is designed to prove, and what a founding design partner gets in exchange for going first.

The short answer

What proof does Wakefully have today?

The product exists and can be demonstrated end to end: intake, pattern read, program matching, practitioner brief, checkout brief, and the 30 and 90-day re-read. What does not exist yet is a published multi-property outcome dataset. Founding design partners are how that gets built – each pilot is scoped as a measurement study with a defined cohort, a fixed window, and reporting the property owns.

What is real today, stated plainly

Real: the intake instrument, the six-domain model, the pattern read and matching logic, the practitioner brief, the guest Checkout Brief, the operator dashboard, and the 30/90-day re-read cadence. These can be walked through live in a working session.

Not yet real: a published, peer-reviewed outcome dataset across multiple properties, or named customer references. Any number on this site that is not explicitly labelled as measured is illustrative and used to show a layout or a concept.

How we intend to earn it: a small number of founding design partners, each running a defined cohort through a full measurement window, producing the first durability dataset in this category – with the property named only if it chooses to be.

The instrument itself

This is what a partner is evaluating.

Not a concept deck. The two operator surfaces, shown as they are used: the practitioner console during the stay, and the outcome dashboard across cohorts and the durability window.

Operator dashboard – cohort outcomes and the 30/90-day durability read

The founding design partner program

  1. 01
    Scope

We agree one program, one cohort, and one measurement window together. Nothing changes in what the property sells or how it staffs.

  2. 02
    Run

The intake ships inside your existing pre-arrival email. Practitioners receive briefs; leadership watches the dashboard. We stay close through the first cohort.

  3. 03
    Prove

At 90 days the property receives a durability report it owns: cohort movement across six domains, what carried, and where friction appeared after re-entry.

What a founding partner receives

Preferential pilot terms for the measurement window, direct access to the team building the instrument, and influence over the roadmap – particularly which program types and reporting cuts get built next.

The property keeps its data and its report. Any use of results in Wakefully materials is opt-in, and can be anonymized to category and region rather than named.

Vision, labelled as such

Three scenarios, written the way a real pilot would read.

These are constructed examples, not customers. They exist so an operator can see the shape of the value before committing to find out.

Illustrative scenario

A five-night sleep reset

Setup
A 40-room retreat sells a five-night sleep program. Intake asks about sleep quality; the property measures satisfaction at checkout.
What Wakefully reads
Wakefully reads overextension and low recovery beneath the stated sleep goal, and flags that depth work before day three tends to backfire for this pattern.
What changes
The first two days route to regulation rather than intensive modalities. The same menu, reordered.
What gets proven
A six-domain baseline at intake, a checkout re-read, and a 90-day question the property has never been able to ask: did the sleep change survive the return to work?
Illustrative scenario

An executive recalibration week

Setup
A corporate sponsor funds a leadership retreat and asks, six months later, what it bought.
What Wakefully reads
Wakefully reads control and pre-decision pattern in the intake language, distinct from the stated goal of burnout recovery.
What changes
Practitioners open with identity and meaning work rather than stress management, and the cohort view shows where the group is clustered.
What gets proven
An aggregate, privacy-protected cohort report at 30 and 90 days that a sponsor can read without seeing any individual's answers.
Illustrative scenario

A longevity clinic intake

Setup
A clinic already runs a comprehensive biomarker panel and a wearables programme.
What Wakefully reads
Wakefully adds the belief layer beside the biomarker: what the client thinks is possible for their body, and what they believe rest costs them.
What changes
Protocol adherence conversations shift from compliance to belief, and the clinician sees where identity is working against the protocol.
What gets proven
Durability of behavior change measured on the same 30/90-day cadence as the follow-up panel.
Claims posture

Scenarios on this page are illustrative and constructed. They are not customer results, and no clinical outcome is claimed. Measured results will be published only when they exist and only with partner consent.

Going first is how the proof gets made.
