The read
The read gets richer with every layer the guest adds.
The Codex reads from whatever signal the guest provides. More signal equals a sharper Guest Intelligence Brief, a more precise modality match, and a more complete Transformation Index at departure.
01
Partner data · zero new lift
What the resort already holds
The Codex routes existing intake forms, wellness questionnaires, wearable streams, and guest profiles into pattern tags and intervention matching. No new collection required. No new guest action.
02
Entry read
Pre-arrival intake + checkout brief
Six conversational questions at arrival. The same 7-axis instrument at departure. Produces a complete Guest Intelligence Brief and Transformation Index from a single 6-minute interaction. Strong enough to stand alone.
03
Continuous read
Daily reflection
Emotional baseline tracked across the stay. Optional mood, reflection, or dream — each one sharpens the Guest Intelligence Brief. Practitioners see trajectory across the stay, not just an arrival snapshot.

Dreams — the purest subconscious signal
Symbolic, emotional, and identity-layer material with no conscious filtering. The highest-resolution pattern tags the system can produce. Optional for every guest. For somatic and integrative programs, a differentiator no other partner in the stack provides.
Dreams are the ceiling of depth, not the floor of admission.
The app
A live product, built for how resorts actually work.
Wakefully runs as a native iOS and Android app and a web experience purpose-built for resort operations — integrated alongside in-room digital and treatment booking systems. For pilots, guests use the app directly before, during, and after the stay. The intelligence surfaces across three moments.
Step 3 of 6
What patterns are you most hoping to shift while you're here?
Before the stay
The intake
Six conversational questions, 3–6 minutes. Produces the Guest Intelligence Brief the practitioner receives before the guest walks in. Emotional patterns, nervous system tags, identity narrative, 7-axis transformation map, and modality match — all from language, intent, and the guest's unspoken, subconscious needs.

"Held, Not Held Back"
During the stay
The daily reflection
Optional mood, reflection, or dream — takes under a minute. Each entry routes through the Codex and sharpens the Guest Intelligence Brief. Practitioners see the arc as it builds. Dreams add what no other input reaches when guests choose to go deeper.
At departure
The checkout brief
The same 7-axis instrument from intake, measured again at peak recall before re-entry dissolves it. Transformation Index decomposed to every domain. Belief shift captured. Branded to the property. The guest keeps it.
The engine
The Codex: trained on the highest-resolution signal that exists.
The Wakefully Codex is the inference model underneath the platform. It was trained on 80,000+ annotated dreams and 5M+ structured datapoints — the largest structured map of belief, emotional, and narrative signal ever assembled. Dreams were the training ground because they carry no editor. No conscious filtering of what seems appropriate to share. The architecture they reveal is structurally honest in a way no surface account can be.
The Codex learned that architecture from the dream corpus. It can now read the same belief patterns from whatever signal a partner holds — a brief intake, a wearable stream, a practitioner note, a morning reflection. A late entrant would need the same corpus. The corpus is years of trust. It cannot be compressed.
→No new collection burden. The Codex reads from what guests already provide.
→No new intake infrastructure. It routes through what the property already collects.
→The moat is the corpus. Dreams are why no one can replicate it quickly.
